Terms & Conditions
To provide an enjoyable and safe experience for all patrons, the following rules are in effect and apply to all patrons (without exception).
1. NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION! Anyone caught smoking or with an open flame (lighter, etc.) “at Bella’s” will be immediately ejected from the show and trespassed from the facility. A referral to the Fire Marshall and local police may also be made. No Exceptions.
2. NO ALCOHOL, FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED to be consumed or carried on the premise (or in parking lot) of “at Bella’s”. Likewise, “at Bella’s” reserves the right to deny entry to and/or eject, any individual(s) from an event or the facility who appear to be intoxicated and/or displays drunken behavior that would affect the safety and/or enjoyment of theirs and/or others’ experience. You will be required to pass through a full-body scanner to ensure no weapons are brought on site. This is for your safety. You may also be scanned manually by a security officer. All bag and purses will be scanned on entry.
3. HAVE FUN BUT, BE SAFE! “at Bella’s” prides itself on providing an entertaining environment while maintaining a higher standard of patron AND staff safety. Any individual(s) who get caught running, horsing around, fighting and/or behaving in an unsafe manner will be warned only once, then risk denied entry or ejection from the “at Bella’s” facility.
5. Honey Dog Productions LLC, “at Bella’s” nor any of the sponsors, employees, agents or supporters are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premise of “at Bella’s”. In addition, “at Bella’s” shall make all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets purchased online or at the box office are non-refundable. All sales are final. Tickets are transferable so long as there is no age restriction or other restrictions in place preventing the ticket holder to enter the venue.
7. We ID. “at Bella’s” will check legal identification from every person entering the 21 and older venue. “at Bella’s” has separated the venue into age appropriate areas so your whole can enjoy our events so long as it is not an over 21 show. Please bring your indemnification with you or you will be rejected from entering the over 21 area.
8. Purchasing a ticket online or at the box office automatically means you understand, accept, and agree with these terms & conditions.
